Letter from the editors: Welcome to BrandWrites.law

At Bird & Bird we’re passionate about brands. After eight editions of our international publication BrandWrites, we have decided to move online so that we can bring you up-to-date news from across the brands world, all in a more easily accessible and searchable format.

BrandWrites will continue to explore topical legal and industry related brand news, featuring practical advice and commentary from respected brand owners, as well as recent trade mark cases and key changes to the law. It features contributions from Bird & Bird’s renowned IP team across Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
